أعلنت مؤسسة الكون الثقافية (مكتبة الكون) عن (قلاد ة الكون) في اصدارها الأول للمبدع والمثقف الليبي (رامز رمضان النويصري) وذلك تقديرا عن دوره التطوعي وجهده المميز لدعم حركة النشر والابداع الثقافي في ليبيا من خلال تأسيسه وإدارته لموقع (بلد الطيوب) الذي يدخل عامه العاشر هذه السنة، والذي ساهم من خلاله في التعريف بالانتاج الأدبي والثقافي والابداعي الليبي عبر فضاء الانترنت.

وأكدت مؤسسة الكون الثقافية إن الجهد الذي بذله ويبذله الاستاذ (رامز رمضان النويصري) وزملائه من خلال موقع (بلد الطيوب) جعل مؤسسة الكون تعده رائدا من رواد الحركة الثقافية الليبية عبر الانترنت.

وتمنت المؤسسة كل التوفيق للرائد (رامز رمضان النويصري) وزملائه ولمن سانده في مسيرته التطوعية خلال عشرين سنة دون كلل وملل، ليسجل اسمه بأحرف من نور في تاريخ الثقافة والابداع.

من مواليد 25 اغسطس 1972م.

مهندس صيانة طائرات – شركة طيران النفط.

عضو رابطة الأدباء والكتاب-ليبيا.

عضو اتحاد كتاب الإنترنت العرب.
